At Bargain Backyard we offer a minimum 12-month return-to-base warranty on all of our products, to ensure that you get nothing less than the best.
- All items returned for repair, if any, are solely at the buyer's expense.
- All parts requested to be sent to the customer, if any, will be delivered free of charge.
- Consumable parts (e.g. rubber parts) and items in commercial use may be excluded.

- Get in touch by phone, text or email with your order number.
- Our team will confirm your return and provide the return-to-base address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or replacement.
