These terms summarise how we trade. All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. By placing an order with Bargain Backyard you agree to the terms below.
Ordering & payment
- Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay.
- Orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse within 24 hours; orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day.
Shipping
- We only ship within New Zealand. Rural deliveries incur a surcharge.
- Delivery time frames and Mainfreight depot locations are listed on our Shipping Information page.
- We do not accept pick-up - all products ship directly from our 3PL warehouse.
Returns & warranty
- All products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee and a minimum 12-month return-to-base warranty.
